You work independently and you are looking for a clean, safe house with fair conditions? With us you rent your own room from one day, for as long as you want – with no notice period. 18 fully renovated rooms, 20 minutes from Stuttgart.

Your room

All rooms were fully renovated in 2025 and have the same good equipment: your own big shower in the room, air conditioning, smart TV, telephone, safe, wardrobe, LED light and free Wi-Fi.

On your room door there is an info board with your name and your details. You work when you want – you decide your own hours.

Warm and cold, plenty and fresh: different bread rolls and pastries, sausages, eggs, salmon, cold cuts and cheese, vegetables, fruit, yoghurt, muesli, spreads, coffee, tea and juices. You start the day with a full stomach – no shopping, no cooking, no extra cost.

If you prefer to cook yourself: our fully equipped kitchen is open to you at any time. Five minutes away there is a big Kaufland with a drinks market, a tobacco shop and several restaurants. We can also order food or a taxi for you if you want, and you can get drinks directly from us.

The house

A clean, well-kept house with daily cleaning and a caretaker service. The lounge area is open to the corridors – with a sofa, standing tables, TV, drinks and snack machines, a coffee machine and slot machines.

Guests can spend time here, and you can start talking with them there if you want. There is a cash machine in the house, so guests can also get money with their card. Outside there is a terrace for breaks and for smoking.

Parking spaces in the yard are free and cannot be seen from the street.

Safety

The office is always staffed during opening hours. There is an alarm button in every room. Corridors and lounge areas have video surveillance – the rooms of course do not.

The car park and the entrance are in the yard. You decide yourself what you offer and at what price. Nobody tells you what to do.

Your advertising

You get your own profile on our website – with photos, languages, room number and your own telephone and WhatsApp number, so guests can reach you directly. If you have no photos or want new ones, we take pictures for you that work for our website and Ladies.de – free of charge. We also help you with your own advert on Ladies.de: creating the profile, uploading photos, writing the texts.

The house itself advertises on Ladies.de, on our website, in forums and on our own vehicles with advertising in the region. The more guests know the house, the more come to you.

Rent and deposit

From 125 € per day.

A fixed daily rent, paid in cash every day. No advance payment, no minimum stay, no notice period – you can stay from one day and leave whenever you want. When you move in you leave a 200 € deposit, which you get back in full when you leave. Breakfast, laundry, Wi-Fi, advertising and all services are included in the price. Which room is free for you, we discuss with you personally before you come – on WhatsApp or by phone, in your language.

We help you with the organisation

New in Germany or new in the region? We help you with everything that is complicated at the beginning: appointments at the health office and for the registration certificate, questions about papers and forms, contact with a tax adviser if you need one, rides to appointments, shopping, the doctor, a SIM card.

We work closely with the Esslingen health office (Gesundheitsamt): the regular check-up appointments are free of charge for you, we organise them, drive you there and accompany you if you wish. Just ask in the office – we speak your language and we have done all of this many times.

How it works

1. Write to us

On WhatsApp or through the form below. Tell us from when you would like to come, how long you want to stay and whether you are already registered. We answer quickly – in German, English, Romanian or Spanish.

2. Registration

To work in Germany you need the registration certificate under the German Prostitute Protection Act (ProstSchG) and the certificate of health counselling.

You get both at the district office and at the health office. If you do not have this yet: we make the appointments at the health office and at the authority for you, explain to you beforehand what you need, and go with you.

You only need your passport or ID card – we take care of the rest.

3. Moving in

You arrive, we show you your room and the house, and you can start right away.

Frequently asked questions

We are a Laufhaus with 18 rooms, open seven days a week, until 1 a.m., on Fridays and Saturdays until 3 a.m. The house advertises on Ladies.de, on its own website, in forums and from autumn 2026 on taxis in the region. On top of that comes your own advertising.

No. You can stay one day or three months, and there is no notice period. Most ladies stay several weeks.

Yes. For our regular ladies we keep their room free, and we always find a solution.
